Delete your account

You can delete your EagleCourt AI account and everything stored with it yourself, at any time, from inside the app. It takes a minute and it cannot be undone.

In the app

Sign in and open Settings (the gear at the top right).
Open Account actions.
Press Delete my account, read what will be deleted, and confirm.

The same Settings screen is on the website at app.eaglecourt.ai, so you do not need the app installed to do this.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, your name, email address and phone number.
Your profile, photos, videos, voice recordings, reports, habits, drills, bookings and messages.
If you manage children, their profiles and everything stored for them are deleted with you.

A club keeps its own records of what happened at the club (for example who marked a register) with your name taken out. The record that you agreed to receive text messages is kept as proof of consent, as the law requires. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire.

If you run a club

A coach who is a club administrator cannot delete their account on the spot, because a club cannot be left without an administrator. The same button sends us a deletion request instead; we hand the club over and complete the deletion within a few days.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@eaglecourt.ai from the address on your account, with your name and phone number, and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm it is you and delete it within thirty days. A parent or guardian may ask for a child's information the same way.
